250ml cold water

50g frozen natural yoghurt

1 ripe Banana

1 Tablespoon Smooth Peanut butter

1 Tablespoon Flax seed oil

2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream flavour High Performance Whey

Put all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
