What is Creatine?
Creatine is a natural substance found in the body, it is also found in food sources such as red meat and plays an important role in supply of fuel to help muscles contract.

How should I use it?
Creapure® allows easy mixing to protein or weight gain shakes.

We suggest 3g-5g per day. Why not make up your own “Power shake” by adding to a carbohydrate energy drink such as Garnell Nutrition’s Complex-Carbs, which is ideal for maximising absorption. We recommend taking Creatine twice a day, one serving being within 20 mins after your training session.
